Vesna is a passionate Chef with Serbian roots, dedicated to teaching the art of cooking. Living in Hungary since her teenage years, she has embraced the local cuisine and culture. With a background in pastry making, she combines her love for baking and cooking to inspire others in the culinary.
Betty knows Budapest really well and often helps visitors with their plans. In her early twenties, she studied in Porto and volunteered with children in Coimbra. She fell in love with Bahian culture when she was employed at a cultural center in Salvador, Brazil. Her dream is to open a small restaurant in the city, serving Portuguese and Brazilian food.
Brigitte's passion is gastronomy; to preserve the traditional recipes and cooking methods passed down from her grandma and mother. Her favorite passtime is visiting farmers' markets and selecting the fresh ingredients. She is into art and history so she is also guiding tours around Budapest.
Paul was born Edinburgh, Scotland where he went to Chef School. He later worked in various hotels in Aberdeen and Shetland islands as well as in Royal Army. He has lived in Hungary since 2008, being now a resident Chef of Chefparade Cooking School. He has a brilliant talent for introducing Hungarian cuisine to the guests through his own experiences.
Bernadett studied tourism at University. After her studies she moved to Spain and lived there for several years. This has made her a positive and easy-going person. She enjoys teaching her three children about food and cooking. Her disconnecting hobbies are cycling and gardening. She organizes and administers the tourist classes at Chefparade Cooking School.
Sylvie graduated with a degree in tourism and hospitality. For 15 years, she worked as a travel organizer but In 2016, she started her own business, an online store for travelers. She brings the passion for cooking and baking from her grandmother and since that time Traditional Hungarian dishes have remained closest to her heart to this day.
